My Review:

I have been slowly acquiring each of these paperbacks to add to my mermaid book collection, and I enjoyed seeing this intellectually curious side of Ariel! The plot in this story is very cute, and reminded me of a Nancy Drew book crossing over with The Little Mermaid. The book also shows the positive theme to stick by your friends, even in difficult situations.

I found one part of the novel to be a little strange. Since when do the mermaids have to go to school? They even have books underwater and learn math! If Triton's daughters are royalty, why are they attending a public school instead of learning in private away from the public's prying eyes?

The Little Mermaid paperback series can be found on Amazon or other collectible book distributors. I give this book (****) 4 stars.
